Shipping policy

1. General provisions

1.1. This shipping policy governs the delivery of goods from the Build24.ee online store (hereinafter — the Store).
1.2. It forms part of the Terms of Use and the Return Policy.
1.3. By placing an order, the Customer accepts this policy.

2. Shipping methods

Available:

  • Self-pickup
  • Store delivery

2.1. Self-pickup

  • Address: Kadaka tee 2, Tallinn, Estonia
  • Available after confirmation
  • Opening hours:
    • Mon–Fri: 9:00–17:00
    • Sat–Sun: by arrangement
  • Order number and ID document required
  • Loading:
    • by the customer
    • or with warehouse assistance

2.2. Store delivery

  • By pre-order
  • Region: Tallinn and Harju County (other regions by arrangement)
  • Delivery to:
    • the building entrance or plot boundary
  • Unloading:
    • by the customer
    • or by the driver (with the necessary equipment)
  • Carrying goods inside the premises is not included in the price
  • The delivery time is agreed in advance
  • If the customer is absent:
    • a paid re-delivery applies
    • or self-pickup

3. Delivery times

  • Tallinn: 1–3 business days
  • Other regions: 3–5 business days
  • The exact time is agreed with the customer

4. Delivery cost

  • Depends on distance and volume
  • Examples:
    • Tallinn — from €35/hour
    • Harju County — from €40/hour
  • Free delivery:
    • from €400 (in Tallinn, under standard conditions)
  • The final price is confirmed at the time of ordering

5. Placing an order

The customer must provide:

  • the delivery method
  • the exact address
  • a phone number

The Store:

  • confirms the order
  • agrees the delivery time and price

6. Accepting the goods

The customer must:

  • inspect the packaging
  • check the quantity
  • assess any damage

In case of a problem:

  • take photos/video
  • make a note on the documents
  • contact the Store

A signature confirms acceptance.

7. Force majeure

  • The Store is not liable for delays caused by force majeure
  • If access is not available:
    • an alternative location may be used
    • or a paid re-delivery applies

8. Changes and cancellation

  • Changes: at least 12 hours in advance
  • Cancellation less than 5 hours before delivery: fees may apply
